Description
An initial consultation with Registered Herbalist, Teresa Boardwine takes two hours and is conducted at Green Comfort. During this time, Teresa works with you to review your health history and discuss current health concerns in-depth. After conducting an intake, you will be provided with recommendations for diet, supplements, and lifestyle modifications and a herbal plan of care will be discussed based on your total health picture.
Teresa will formulate medicinal teas, tinctures and/or salves to support optimum vibrant health that you will be able to take home with you that day. The products to be used for your herbal protocol are not included in the consultation fee, and shall be paid for at the time of your appointment. Please plan to bring a form of payment (cash, check or credit card) to your appointment.
The holistic herbal approach to healing requires that the client take an active role in their health. It is important to note that as you work with Teresa to re-establish health, it may take several months of an herbal regimen to correct an imbalance, especially if your health condition has been chronic.
After your initial consultation, follow-up appointments can be scheduled through our website at the frequency that you are Teresa decide is best for your protocol. Follow-up appointments are one hour in length and are conducted by phone or office visit. Formulas may be ordered and mailed to clients who need refills but do not need an appointment to check-in by emailing Teresa at teresa@greencomfortherbschool.com.
